Original cloth case.

Fastening ties for splices:
Leather Laces: top lace 33", lower lace 49"

These would presumably be soaked the night before, and tied around the splice when tackling up on the river bank. They would then dry out and probably tighten further.

Length: 5ft 4" including 12" splice and 8" splice
4 snake rings

Top Sections:
Length 5ft including 8" splice
6 snake and one agate top ring

Comment:
Mint Condition: No evidence of it ever having been used.
